Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

He installed a new Garage Door Opener, checked it out and gave me instructions on it's use. In my books he is a five star and an asset to your company. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Technician showed up on time and was friendly and explained everything that he was going to do. Door was old and needed a lot of new parts. Replaced them quickly and it works like new again! Would recommend their services.

Their service call of $49 was very reasonable. They came the same day. Their work so far looks great. The only down side was that the whole garage door opener was a little pricey and they only had one model with them to fit my existing one. However, I chose not to wait and had it installed that day.
