Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

My garage door got stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I worked on it for hours and watched YouTube videos and finally decided to have a professional come out. Precision answers the phone 24/7 which is nice for planning/scheduling purposes. I called at 11:45 pm and they had someone out the next day (a Saturday) by 5pm! My car is now out of the garage and my garage door is working again! Jason, the expert, who came out knew exactly what to do and kind of did the impossible with a 1994 garage door that has a lot of issues. Jason was able to get it working, and his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made me decide to purchase a new garage door knowing it was well overdue and having confidence in the person representing the company. Thank you, Jason for helping me out, and I have every confidence my garage door install will also be a great experience. The person who shows up to your door is the "face" of the company. Jason is the reason I am so pleased with Precision. Finding trustworthy, knowledgeable people these days is not always easy, and finding someone with manners and a work ethic can be challenging. Jason installed a new garage door opener today at our home. He called prior to arriving and arrived when he said he would. It was estimated to be a 2 hour install and it was finished in 90 minutes. The entire workmanship, customer relationship and clean up met and exceeded all my expectations. I have 3 garage doors and a few years ago hired Precision Door for a job and as a result of that experience, I will always call Precision for any garage door repair need.

The first time was for the estimate and an explanation of what/how our original equipment failed. The second time was for the repair. He came out same day and knocked it all out quickly. Thank You!

The service technician, Jason, realigned the beams and secured the mounting bracket. Also, he installed a metal reinforcing bracket on the door where the opener is mounted. The door had operated perfectly after the last service. Then, there were inexplicable problems with closing the door. Something apparently hit and bent the beam bracket and caused this problem. Prompt service solved the problem. All technicians have shown professional skill and courteous service.

Jason and Alex arrived on schedule. They listened to my concerns ,quickly accessed and identified the problem. In addition to restoring both doors to their total functions and one long time non-function remote completely lubricated both and offered a suggestion of how to lengthen life of rollers with no pressure to install. As to later we did install on one door and it certainly doesn't make as much noise and seems to operate more smoothly. Your fees were reasonable and discounts were generous. In short my wife and I were pleased. Your agents have uncomplicated our life a bit as we no longer have to hold indoor openers down to close door,go outside to get into car and both doors response from remote to open. We would recommend you to folks in need of maintenance and repair.

May 30, 2018 Jason and Allen did a very professional job in repairing/ overhauling my 22 year old garage door. They also replaced the garage door opener. Precision’s response was exceptional- Called late in the afternoon and appointment was made for next day. Technian (Jason Dawson) actually showed up early. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable and clearly explained what work he thought should be done. Jason replaced springs, rollers, cables, and rollers. He performed the work in a very professional and efficient manner. The door hasn’t operated this quietly since it’s original installation 20 years ago. I would/will recommend Precision, and Jason specifically, to any friends or relatives who might experience garage door or opener problems.

The two guys were awesome installing the new garage door, spring, rail, and rollers. Could we have a small bottle of touch up paint for our new door? There are a few scrapes on it when the door arrived to our home for install and would like to touch it up. Thank you
