Johnathan completed the work in a short time and took the time to explain everything he did, and arrived here on time. very pleased with everything done. But as I stated on the other review was disappointed on the $10.00 Military discount, but a discount of $25.00 was applied. Thank you.

Our technician, Jonathan H., was very professional and friendly. He involved me in the inspection of the garage door/ opener, and did a thorough review of all of the components. Jonathan also provided me with a variety of options to replace my garage door opener with all costs laid out for me to see. He answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job installing my new garage door opener and door parts. Would happily recommend to my friends without hesitation! Thank you, Jonathan!

I had looked at Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio a few years ago, and at the time,e I recall the prices were reasonable. When Johnny came over and quoted three Garage Door openers at $1000 above cost, I regretted calling because if I said no, I would have been charged a fee for just coming out. Reluctantly, I agreed, and while I like the product, the installation (specifically, the wire management) was messy, and I'll probably have to redo it myself. In addition, when mounting the wire, they left greasy handprints on my ceiling and walls. So now I have to clean them or repaint over them. Overall, they weren't worth the premium they charge. If you want to pay $1000 for labor and get a mediocre job completed quickly, this is your company.
