Mike is originally from Detroit and has more than 20 years in the Garage Door Industry. He is well educated in the business and loves working with customers, and assisting them with their needs. He now resides in Texas with his wife and 4 children. Mike served in the Army in the 2nd Division 75th Ranger Regiment. Mike has also been trained as an EMT and was a Volunteer Fireman for 6 years. In his spare time he likes learning about history, loves to travel, and enjoys hiking and camping with his family.

Thank you so much for your excellent service! We normally use a different company but when we called this morning they were unable to come out until Wednesday. A co-worker recommended your company and you were able to come today! The appointment process was very smooth and professional and Michael called ahead when he was on his way as requested. He did a full check of our door and opener, fixed what the problem was and made excellent recommendations. He was very courteous and professional! The best part is we now have a new garage door service provider!

Due to the nature of the repair request, the technician had to order new weather stripping and reschedule the site visit. It was noted the next visit would have been 06/09/14, but distributor was not open to provide the needed parts. Thus, the scheduled visit did not happen instead to be performed on 06/10/14. Repairs took little time to install and cost was reasonable. Overall good review for all.

Mike came out the same day we called & ON-TIME! He was absolutely one of the best representative for your business, he informed us, ask ALL the right questions and answered all of ours.
