Our garage door spring broke and we were able to set up an appointment within a few hours with Precision Garage Door Service. David was very professional and explained all our options to get the door repaired. The service was quick and he showed us how to maintain the door with proper lubrication. He also advised us of the military discount, which was much appreciated since this happened so close to Christmas. Thank you for such excellent service!

Precision installed a garage door opener last year when mine malfunctioned. So when I decided to put an opener on the 2nd garage door, I called them. My garage door opener needed replacing and I had seen Precision Garage Door Service television commercials. I looked at their reviews and decided to call them about a replacement. The customer service agent was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She actually was the reason I decided to give Precision a try. The technician David called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, arrived on time and was super nice. David installed the new unit on time with no issues. He even helped me connect the new opener to my WiFi. He also helped me install the new opener on my car and outside remote. This has been one of the best vendor experiences I’ve had. We have lived in our new home for just 4 years. As so often found in our community the builder installed a very cheap garage door. Naturally we have had periodic problems with the door until it just would open or close properly. The rollers were coming out of rails, the glue on the metal panels was failing, and rollers and springs were malfunctioning. Finally, it was stuck open and not secure. The only positive thing in the whole disaster was our phone call to Precision Door company of San Antonio. They sent out a Tech named David on the same day I called. He was excellent! He knew what he was doing and fixed everything. That cheap door never worked so well as it did when he finished. Plus, David gave me some good advice about how to maintain the door in the future and gave me a Veteran's discount on his work. It made my day! I will call Precision Door again if I need help.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke. Precision Garage Door was recommended by a friend so I gave them a call. They quoted me a time that same day from 4-6pm. The technician (David) was able to do it sooner and the spring was replaced before 4pm. David was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me several options to choose from and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The job was complete in 30 minutes. Very impressed with the service and quality of work.

Our garage door wouldn’t open and our cars were still inside. We managed to get the door opened manually, but our cars were still inside. We had to leave the door up during Sunday night. So, early Monday, January the 6th, we called Precision Door Service. We were pleasantly surprised to get a return call within 30 minutes to tell us that we would get a technician, David Arreguin, within an hour. When he arrived, he told us about the company and then proceeded to access the problem. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, honest and so polite. He told us that we had a very good door and we only needed a complete spring system overhaul. What an honest man! We definitely will tell our friends who need door service to use Precision Door Service. As a Vietnam Veteran,thank you for the military discount and recognition of our service.
