Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

I was expecting a "tune-up". The more Jason worked on the door, the worse it got. I ended up having to buy a whole new unit. I was not happy about the expenditure.

Jason arrived early and did a great job. He replaced my beeping battery (which I got 7 years out of) and also spotted a broken hinge which he fixed. In fact, I asked him to replace all like hinges. I was very pleased with his work and happy to recommend him to others needing garage door and opener service..
