Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

My experience with Precision was very positive. The technician was on time and very courteous, his appearance was professional and after he completed the work, which was installing a garage door opener, he explained the operations to me very clearly. Thank you Larry for your help today. The garage door repair went smoothly and quickly. You were efficient in calling to advise your where-abouts and how long it would be for you to arrive at our rental property. The tenants were happy with your service. Thank you. I think it gives people comfort in general ... to know who is going to handle a specific service call and a photo online gives added assurance especially when that face comes knocking at the door. Background Checks and Drug Testing is so important to us. It's nice to also rely on same day service but we don't like to call FIRE unless there is one so 2 day service is fine with us. If not busy, we certainly would not turn down a same day appointment :-) The service fee of $49.95 was very reasonable. Thanks for always taking care of business (comment to Precision Door IN GENERAL). We appreciate you because being an out of state owner / landlord is alot easier when dealing with companies such as yourself that make it easy to do business. Again... thank you ! Mary Lee & Bob Hill
