Hello, my name is Patrick Cross. I am 28 years old and was born and raised in the green state of Texas. Growing up I was always handy with a drill. I started my career being a garage door technician, in my hometown of Killeen in 2010. My passion for knowledge is what led me to pursue my HVAC degree and later graduate in 2017 with honors. After receiving my certificate I realized my passion was garage doors. In 2018, my wife (whom I met in elementary school), I, and our three daughters ages 10, 3, and 11 months, decided to move to the beautiful city of San Antonio. I like to treat each garage door I come across as if it were my own and I take pride in educating my customers. If I’m not at work I love to spend time with my wife and kids. Us being the movie lovers we are, going to the movie theaters is not uncommon. We also love trying new local restaurants and exploring historical locations.

Patrick Cross was our technician & he arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous & professional & explained the options to us for repairing the broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a 2 spring which he explained has a better longevity than a 1 spring but would also allow us to operate the door to get a vehicle out should the spring break again. This service did not include a lifetime warranty. All in all, the install was done quickly, professionally & we are happy to have an operable door again. Thank you!

Mr Patrick Cross arrived as scheduled for my appointment. He introduced himself and asked to view my problem. He attempted to correct my problem. He stated that the motor/mother broad needed replacing. I agreed and it was installed. Idecided to the other one installed. Another appointment was made and the second opener was installed. Mr. Cross ask me if I had any question concerning either job, I say no. I would recommend your company to my friends with any garage door problem. Patrick was very professional, arrived on time, and fixed my garage door without any complication. We had just moved in to this house and I was afraid we would need to immediately replace both garage doors, but he aligned them, lubed them up, fixed the sensors, and generally made them run smooth. I was really appreciative of the fact we were not pushed in to buying two new full garage door systems, but given the options to fix them for now and replace them later when we can afford it better. Same day service was a priority. Pat, the technician who replaced my 16-year old garage door openers, was very professional and did an outstanding job. I was shocked the by the charges for a simple task. I was quoted a service call fee of $49.95. The technician arrived, got a ladder, unplugged and then plugged back in the inoperative unit. That was it, but an excessive “fee” added to the service call fee. He then suggested, “while he was there” lubricating the doors. That was about 5 minutes of using a spray can to spray springs and mechanism. Another ridiculously excessive “fee.” The total became $169! It was a mistake calling this company, the padded bill in no way reflected the brief, simple services all added to the service call. I will never call them again.

After the spring on my garage door snapped into 2 pieces, I picked up the phone book and called Precision Door Service. I am glad I did. Patrick Cross was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything as he worked. I think the door is in much better shape than before it broke thanks to him. I won't hesitate to call if I ever need service again.
