I have been working for Precision Door since July of 2019 and have recently made the move to Precision Door Service San Antonio. I am a 7th generation Texan who enjoys fixing all things mechanical, playing video games, tinkering with anything that has a motor and cooking. My favorite thing is spending time with the love of my life, my wife, and our dogs and cat.

I was dealing with a minor irritation of a non-working security pad for the past 8 months. The noisy door was also irritating. Caleb came to the rescue the day after I called the office to report the issue. The problems were solved immediately. The noisy door was corrected with healthy sprays of Precision Lubricant and Rust Preventer. This was a pleasant experience and the agent was knowledgeable and courteous.

I used Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio for the very first time and couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received. The technician contacted me by phone twice to let me know his status and estimated time of arrival. He made a full assessment of the situation and provided his recommendations and the cost upfront. Once approved he went to work, performed comprehensive repairs and paid attention to detail correcting things that I didn't realize were actual problems until he showed me the advancing cracks in the hinge that would break very soon. I am very pleased overall and will continue to use them for all of my garage door needs.

Caleb was great! He explained everything and went over the work performed! Very professional and friendly. Do believe Precision could be more transparent about not servicing Wayne Dalton residential products/springs prior to sending a tech out. If not, customers will be paying a needless service charge or buying a new spring system ~$1,350-$1,600 versus just replacing the spring. I’m glad had the new spring system installed.

It was very easy and convenient to schedule an online service call with Precision Overhead Door. I scheduled it on a Sunday, and was able to select my date and time of service. Caleb Skaggs was my service technician, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise regarding my garage door. My door was misaligned and noisy when I opened and closed it. Having seen the ads on television and online, I chose Precision because it appeared to be a reputable company. I called, made an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional, they explained the services and prices. Caleb Skaggs, the technician who installed my garage door opener, was timely and professional. Did not appreciate the lowball estimate given by the office. When finalizing the order the $500 per door increase was a little bit of a surprise. Appears to be business standard though.

Unfortunately, our prices have changed since August 2020 when our office first provided a quote for you. Also, as of January 1,2021, all manufacturers have a implemented a price increase on all doors and parts by a percentage. Which also means our company was affected by this decision.
