Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

I was "trapped" in my garage, actually it was my car, and when I asked for a service call that morning, the answer was "yes" and I really appreciated that very much. The technician, Jason, was timely, polite, and told me exactly what was what with my door. He arrived in the middle of the two hour block of time, got right to work and so far I am very satisfied. My car is not longer "trapped" in the garage. Thanks!!

This was a great experience! I really liked the fact that I could see a picture of who was coming before they came. I had an appointment with Jason yesterday and I was so impressed. Jason called to let me know what time he would be arriving. When he arrived he asked me questions, assessed the situation and provided me with two options. It is so nice to have someone who listens, provides details and options, and then makes the repairs. No only did he make the repairs by replacing the garage door sesors, he checked everything out on my garage door system to ensure it was all working correctly. This service was amazing. I called on Saturday noon and by 3pm we already had a technician at our house installing everything. The process only took about an hour, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't recommend this service more!
