Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

Great Service. I had a broken spring and cables, as well as broken rollers. I decided to upgrade to the 2 spring installation after reading about it and also it being recommended by the technician. Have used Precision since late 90's. Current spring replacement was done under lifetime warranty and additional adjustments made without charge except for normal $49.95 service charge. Service tech was excellent, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend this company.

When Jason came over I explained to him that we are doing a renovation in several months and my plans do not include this garage door. Jason laid out several options and we tried one of them and the rood responded wonderfully. Jason went through and checked and adjusted all moving parts and he even went as far as to check every single bolt on the entire door. Very good job and they saved me several hundred dollars. I called Precision in a panic Sunday morning after a malfunction caused my garage door to not open fully, hitting it on the way out. The door was hopelessly, I thought, bent and I was not able to remove my car! to make matters worse, it is a rental house and I want to take care of it. Jason came out that afternoon, as promised, and took care of the problem. He was able to straighten most of the door, repaired the loose edges, then did a thorough check of all the parts and systems. Jason was not only courteous and didn't make me feel foolish, and he made sensible recommendations giving me several options for further possible work. Not only would I recommend Jason and Precision, I hope to buy beautiful new doors from them when I purchase my own home.

Rating = 5. Was very pleased and satisfied with the quality of work and competence of the technician Mr. Jason Dawson. I have had previous garage door installation and repair work done, but none have left me as satisfied as I am with the job done by Mr. Dawson. First, he pointed out the problems that needed correction and then showed that he was using "A-1" repair & replacement parts -- something that I wanted and was willing to pay for long term performance and reliability.
