We made our service call request first thing in the morning and four hours later, we had a technician at our door. That never happens!!! Our technician was Art Fuentes and we are very pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the functions and system parts of the garage door. Also went above and beyond the service call to make sure both garage doors were functioning properly. We just cannot say enough of how pleased we are with the service. Arturo was here within 20 minutes from the time I called. Checked my door for what it needed and was done in no time. The door had been broken for a while so space was very limited and a big mess. He waded in and got the job done. Thank you Arturo.

Precision did the install on our garage doors about a year ago. To save some money we only had one opener installed. This morning we decided to have the second opener installed. I was shocked to know that they would be able to provide same day service, I used the chat service before hours to get the ball rolling. They were prompt to call me back during regular business hours. They offered several options for my installation, they were very accommodating when I let them know I would be ready earlier than expected. Adam was our installer, he communicated with me regarding his arrival. I was glad to know that he also worked on our initial install. He completed the installation within two hours and even programmed all four remotes to open both doors. I have been very pleased with our initial doors and opener and I’m glad I called Precision for the new opener.

The service l received was outstanding a 5 star rating but it's to expense l can't believe how much money it cost for what l had done... at this point l will have to start looking for a more reasonable garage service company with lower fees.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and had all parts necessary to fix my garage door. My old opener was LOUD and technician (Art) said it works but if the noise is an issue, I should replace with belt driven. I took his advice and he replaced it on the spot. No pressure, just honest and professional the whole way through. I will use them again!
