I wanted to commend and thank Chris Flores, the technician that came out to service my garage door. He called me when he was on his way and when he arrived was very professional and curteous. After inspecting my problem garage door, he spent the time to discuss the pros and cons for me to consider regarding repairing my garage door vs. buying a new one. After our discussion and much consideration I decided to replace my door and opener. He could have walked in and just said I needed a door, but instead he talked to me and showed me all that my set up needed and gave me costs on repairing and replacing. I’ve decided to replace and just wanted to share my appreciation for him and Precision door of San Antonio. Through my experience I would recommend them and am glad I called this company!

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day I received a call from Chris telling me he was on his way and twenty minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and all that makes them work. He explained everything to me before he started. A short while later he was telling me exactly what he did as well as potential future needs. He was so professional as well as a joy to talk to. Chris was about as nice and professional as anyone could expect. After a few minutes of diagnosing the problem, he told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He told me what it cost to fix the problem and said the fix had a 90-day warranty. I will use this service again if my garage door has a problem.

Chris Flores was fantastic. He worked for one hour trying to diagnose the problem with the door opener and sensors. He explained everything he was doing to us in clear laymen's terms. Unfortunately our old door opener did get fried from the lightening damage so we needed a new door opener. The new Overhead Garage Door Chain opener is so much quieter than the old one. We are extremely pleased.
