Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

I am very impressed with the quality of the entire garage door product. Everything was replaced: door, coils, rollers, motor etc. I am amazed at how smooth and quiet the system runs. The technicians were very professional, well mannered, and courteous even during my initial shock and hesitation of having to make the tough decision of having to replace everything. Our garage door was completely broken beyond repair, and had to be replaced. I made several calls to local garage door companies, but precision garage door service was the only company that called me back in a timely fashion. Jason and Larry were able to tell me exactly what was going to be done, and then it was accomplished. There were no surprises, only solutions.
