Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

Jason was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us several options in regards to fixing our garage door. I called in the morning for a repair. Precision came out at 2:00 that afternoon. Monte the tech was on time, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem then. After all said and done we were about to close out bill but their knowledge convinced me would be beneficial for me to the other door. When the chain on my garage door finally just fell off, I had no idea who to call. I put out an SOS on Moms Of New Braunfels Uncensored and within 10 minutes there were 3 replies suggesting Precision Door!!! I called them (it was after 5:00) and had an appointment first thing the next day. Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company ????????????????

The Svc Rep, Jason Dawson, quickly identified the problem of a wiring defect. He also noticed that one of the brackets was broken and needed replacement. Also said the rollers needed to be replaced. After work was completed it was a noticable improvement of the garage door opening and closing and much quieter. I would have given a 5 star rating except for price of parts. I was given a little price break on the overall billing. I still do highly recommend this company.

I had a simple problem with my garage door a month after i had some major upgrades done by Jason and he came out today after i called to set up an appt yesterday and he fixed that problem within minutes. He did some tune up to the system also. This was all within the warranty timeframe. Jason is amazing and was a half hour early on top of that. I couldn't be happier with the service and the friendliness Jason showed. I will never call anyone else for my garage needs.

A separate company failed on two occasions to show for scheduled service, so I contacted Precision who not only scheduled same day service but called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. Jason, the technician asked if he could stop by our resident earlier since he was in the area. He resolved three problems quickly and efficiently, provided me with several cost solutions, and we settled on a fair price for quality repairs.
