Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

Jason my assigned Technician did a superb job in the time he quoted me for replacing garage door springs. Additionally, he arrived on time, answered all my questions and provide overall excellent customer service. Finally, he walked me through all work performed and made sure he cleaned up before he left. A Great job by a real pro!

Jason was speedy and thorough. He explained all the necessary repairs and showed me what he had swapped out after the job was done and made sure openers and keypads were all working properly before departing. Replaced springs, rollers, cables and drums in about an hour.

Superb technician. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem and then performed a thorough diagnostic and assuring us that all parts of our garage door, the opener, the belt and the tensioner and rollers were all in A-1 condition at a fair price.

Jason did a great job for us! He explained the overall condition of our garage door. We took his advice and had a new plate installed, new cables and spools and he installed new springs. Balanced the door and lubed all the rollers. Our door works great now and is much quieter.

Jason was fantastic- new years day tension spring broke didnt know anyone to call. Googled and read the reviews for Precision Door and called right away and had a quick appt . We will have them out yearly for inspection. They are fantastic!!!!

I called needing repair and they gave me a 2 hour window (for same afternoon). Jason called me about 30 minutes later and asked if he could come early. Of course I said yes. He was able to repair the damage and identify an additional need. Both were fixed promptly and efficiently. Very courteous and reasonable service! Have used them before and will definitely use again.
