Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

I called Precision based on an ad in the phone book. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I had an emergency because a spring had broken on one of my garage doors and I could not get my car out. I called about 11:00 a.m. today and told them that I had to be able to get my car out by 3:00 so I could pick up my granddaughters. Jason Dawson arrived about 12:30 and he manually raised the door. I put the car outside and agreed to let me do a complete repair job on both doors. I am very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Called Monday morning and appt was set for 2-4pm. I was pleased they got me in so fast. The tech called at 1:30 and said he was on his way. Jason arrived right on time and remembered that he installed a door for me about 8 years ago, I was very pleased then and was not disappointed this time. Jason is very professional and knows what he is doing. He suggested a few things and explained a lot. He serviced my door and got everything working to my satisfaction. The service performed was an overdue inspection for four overhead garage doors, which is not a choice for this survey. A Jason D. was the service man, he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly. He didn't waste any time and new exactly the cause of one of the doors issue which was sticking. The only negative about this service was that the lubricant spray used on the track, rollers and guides has a very foul crude oil smell. It took several days to go away and lingered a little longer inside my truck. it did however make the three garage doors sound brand new, and did completely go away after a week. A warning up front would be a good idea. I definitely asked for a Precision Label for the inside of the door for the next service.
