Precision had installed my garage door in 2008. I have the paperwork and took the number off of that when the door stopped opening. I called on Saturday and got an appointment for the same day. The technician was freed up earlier than expected, called, arrived, and went right to work diagnosing.

Precision has been reliable when I need them. Scheduling hasn’t been a problem maybe because I’m a retuning customer, but in any case I’ve been very happy with their work. So far so good... I give them 5 stars, customer service and quality of work!

Kevin Walls our Technician did an awesome job providing an estimate, explaining the costs and options, and replacing the garage door motor. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service, which is in my opinion the best representation of any business! He ensured we understood how the new motor worked and made sure we were satisfied before leaving my home. I recommend Precision and Kevin to anyone needing a garage door repair or replacement.

The technicians called when they were on their way and arrived within the window for which they were scheduled. They quickly identified the issue and explained my options, including cost estimates.
