Had Precision service our new garage door in Nashville and had no hesitation in contacting them here in San Antonio to service our existing garage door. Wes replaced the rollers and lubricated the chain drive, and it is now running much more smoothly (and quieter) than before. Excellent work done quickly, so we couldn't be happier!

Service was great! Wesley fixed door opening issue quickly and effectively, keeping me informed along the way. I took his recommendation to upgrade the rollers that were showing wear. Everyone was great! This door was installed in October of 2009 and I had purchased a lifetime parts warranty. Well one of the springs broke. They were here the next morning. The technician Wesley was very professional and replaced both springs! Parts were covered by the warranty and a honest labor fee of $90. Great customer service!
