Excellent service and very professional! Wes, our technician was patient to wait for me to get home as I was running late. He was quick to provide a quote with a couple of options. I ended up replacing the whole garage door unit. He had everything ready in his truck to get the work done right then and there! No pay in advance and then have to order the parts for a later date! I highly recommend this company for any garage door services!

Wesley and Jacob called to say they could arrive early, which was good. They evaluated the door and it was agreed to replace the opener. The installation was completed in a short time. Wesley proceeded to set up and explain operations and also set up two cars to the opener. Great job. Polite guys. I would not hesitate to have them service again.

Hello, my garage door stop performing. I called Precision Garage Door and to my surprising I was scheduled an appointment the same day. The Repairman came out, introduced himself and evaluated situation. I needed a new opener. He reinstalled a new garage opener within a hour. He did an awesome professional job and was very courteous. Precision Garage Doors was excellent and provided us great service. We had issues with our garage door opener not opening/closing properly and they came out twice. Made our first service call right by honoring our service call. Eventually we had to install a new motherboard. In which Wesley replaced this morning. He is very professional and kind.
