Hello, my name is Jason Dawson and I joined the Precision Garage Door team in 2010. I am originally from Indiana but was raised in North Carolina. As a single father I moved to San Antonio Texas in 2004 with my son. After moving to San Antonio, I met my wife and her two sons. She was a single mother raising her boys on her own and with my son and I, we became a family. I have a tremendous amount of pride in having a quality lifestyle and that shows through to my job by being able to educate my customers on how to maintain their garage door and keep it working properly.

Our technician Jason did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased. Our garage door has not operated this good in 20 years. We would definitely use Precision Doors again and I highly recommend this company.

Jason Dawson has been our technician for years with Precision Door Service. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the business and very professional . We called early afternoon with a broken spring issue - Jason not only arrived the same day for service but earlier than the scheduled time slot -to replace the spring and do a thorough inspection of the garage door. This is why we continue to use Precision Door Service ! Prompt , Professional, Courteous Customer Service was provided the day before thanksgiving by technician Jason Dawson , as always ! I was bummed that my unit gave out but Jason came out and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. Had to do a whole new unit & a few other items but my old unit was 20 years old so it was time! Feels good with this much needed upgrade. He even helped set up car remote! Great fast and trustworthy!
