I chose Precision Overhead Door Company based on past experience. They installed a great belt drive LiftMaster garage door opener several years ago. The service call today was for routine maintenance and check up on the system and garage door. Aaron was very thorough in checking everything, answering all my questions, and explaining some needed future maintenance and/or upgrades to the door. He was also able to help me reset the MyQ Wi-Fi connection that had been problematic for me. I have never been disappointed with the service provided by Precision Overhead Door Company. Every technician who has come to my home, like Aaron, has been knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. Great company!

Aaron & Jonathan, worked so hard in the heat in the garage. They took the time to explain what they were doing, in getting my garage opener &motor replaced. So I could open & close my garage door. Precision Garage Door is one of the BEST! My garage door would not open or close but just about 2". I called them in the morning, and they said they could be out mid to late in the afternoon that day. I live in the country too. The Technician arrived around 3:00. He assessed the problem and explained the three options for the repairs to my door. He said he could fix the door then too and had all the parts for the repairs no matter which option I choose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I 100% RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Patrick was truly excellent, we scheduled an appointment and due to poor planning on my side, he had to return a few days later, but he never seemed to be upset by it, he was more than happy to return. He was highly communicative throughout the process as well and understood the balancing act we were doing. He installed 2 garage door openers, while balancing the coming-and-goings of movers bringing in boxes and furniture. My mom recommended Precision after they came out to help her and I’d highly recommend to anyone else.

I was dealing with a minor irritation of a non-working security pad for the past 8 months. The noisy door was also irritating. Caleb came to the rescue the day after I called the office to report the issue. The problems were solved immediately. The noisy door was corrected with healthy sprays of Precision Lubricant and Rust Preventer. This was a pleasant experience and the agent was knowledgeable and courteous.
