Our pressure spring broke this morning. Called Precision and was able to get a appointment same day. Mr Wesley was on time. Precision was recommended by my daughter who used them several times in the past and was very pleased with their work. Before I talked to my daughter I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate which was very high. I scheduled an appointment online with Precision and Patrick arrived the next morning on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite explaining all that was needed to repair my door. The price was several hundred dollars less than the other company. The door is working great and I am very happy how he handled everything and cleaned up taking all broken parts. One of our two 22 year-old garage door openers quit working last week. Having had very good service from Precision in the past, I called and asked them to take a look at our old openers and make a recommendation to repair or replace. Based on several factors, we chose to replace our garage door openers. Precision installed the new openers the very next day. From start to finish, Aaron was professional, friendly, and he did a great job explaining our options. After the installation, he made sure he explained all of the features of the openers and that I had no questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
