Having seen the ads on television and online, I chose Precision because it appeared to be a reputable company. I called, made an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional, they explained the services and prices. Caleb Skaggs, the technician who installed my garage door opener, was timely and professional. He explained everything before and after service He was very friendly. I am quite pleased with the job that he did.

My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. I would highly recommend Aaron and Dustin for any garage door repair. I’ll also refer them when I have that opportunity. Ann Alwood

My installer was superb. He was eager to get the job done despite the late hour on a Sunday afternoon. He explained the work needed, reviewed the products he recommended, I made a selection and he went to work and finished in the time he estimated. The installation is excellent and the door opener is way better than the one replaced which was noisy and able to be heard at the rear of the house. I barely hear it operating now even when standing in the garage.

Moved into a new home and garage door was partially broken and not opening at all. Precision sent Ricky the next day who fixed it under an hour. Service was very efficient and affordable. We also received multiple tips on how to maintain the garage door system which is much appreciated. Definitely recommend precision for all garage services.

Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Overall everything was explained to me and the bill was less than was estimated. He also recommended future upgrades. This is not the first time I haves used precision and won’t be the last.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He evaluated the garage door and pointed out the condition which made it impractical to conduct a repair which would be long term and suggested a temporary repair in order to close and secure the garage while waiting to decide on how to proceed. We were supposed to receive three separate estimates for replacement, however received three separate estimates for replacement all for the same cost. So no real choice on pricing just this the price no matter which you decide it’s all the same cost. Getting other estimates.
