Our garage door spring broke and we were able to set up an appointment within a few hours with Precision Garage Door Service. David was very professional and explained all our options to get the door repaired. The service was quick and he showed us how to maintain the door with proper lubrication. Had Issue with keypad not working, Technician came out earlier than promised, and was so kind and helpful. He just unplugged the Motor and plugged it back in, and the keypad worked. I would have liked not to pay the service charge, but I understand this is a business.
