Aaron and BJ came to do my repair. I needed new springs for my garage door. The were very polite and explained everything that needed to be replaced. They gave me other options if I wanted to do a over haul or a new door. They didn't pressure me to do more than I wanted. Very satisfied with the job they did. Will definitely use Precicion for my furtue garage door needs.

We received great service from Precision Garage Door. Their service tech, Wesley was available earlier than our scheduled appointment window and he texted us his availability. He was very courteous and professional throughout the service call. He provided us with a detailed estimate for a number of options and went straight to work once we had chosen what we wanted done, which went beyond repairing the broken spring in one of 3 garage doors. He finished the work within the anticipated time and went through the work and warranty in detail. Will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others in need of garage door work. The initial company placed our garage door back on track with a 30 day warranty. Approx 30 days to the date it was off-track again.The initial company send an affiliate to service our garage door. I sincerely believe the second company did not diagnosed the problem as well. I felt like the problem was not being addressed as it should be especially after putting out $346.00 and still "NO GO". I looked up several companies in Schertz-Cibolo area and saw the reviews for your company and liked them. Your technician, Mr Travis Bartley came and I could see his professional attitude and his experience in the matter. Very through in all he did. Cannot ask for more. Thank You Very Much!!!

Had Precision service our new garage door in Nashville and had no hesitation in contacting them here in San Antonio to service our existing garage door. Yes, it’s true Precision is pricey, but their technicians are polite and knowledgeable. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. It’s “Yes, ma’am” “No, ma’am” When they mess up (and I’ve been in that situation) the company makes it right. It was nice working with Aaron today!

I called Precision and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Travis Bartley was the technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable , and nice. There was no pressure to purchase at all. I had a new installed. I’m very happy with the product so far.

Very expensive. Repair was to 2 cables only. Over $400. Also was told at the time of scheduling that the "service fee would be waived" if repairs were done. This did not happen. Had to call back in for credit. Invoice reads "hung door fee minor" and that was $229. Geeze. RETHINK if you are planning on calling. Have used this service in the past for primary home, had been satisfied - now not so much.
