Remote openers weren’t working consistently, even with new batteries. Justin made sure the problem was actually the remotes and then set up a new opener for us. It was very easy to make an appointment and the company confirmed a couple days out. The technician called ahead with an ETA and the company actually sent a picture and name of the technician, so we could be assured the individual at our door was the tech.

Rick Hernandez pinpointed the issues with my garage door and thankfully the issues were not serious and were an easy fix. He also made recommendations and suggested to replace weak parts with stronger ones, and I proceeded in replacing those parts. The door should now last longer without issues and a five-year warranty comes with the replaced parts. He did an exceptional job replacing the parts and taking care of the problem with the door. We used Precision Overhead Door in 2015. They did a great job. This morning one of the garage door springs broke. We set up an appointment on line and they were there shortly after they opened. Our technician was Wesley. He did a great job. He explained the options to make the necessary repairs. No high pressure selling. The door works great now. As I commented on a Google review today, I was very happy with Jonathan and the service provided, especially on a Saturday; however, in retrospect, I feel the Genie product was more expensive(overpriced 2-3x) and probably inferior to the Genie opener it replaced. The motor was not the issue; it was the belt that broke, and the opener was 10 years old, so I felt I had no choice but to replace the unit, given the circumstances.
