This is the second repair I had done by Precision. Wes actually was the Technician on both repairs, a garage door opener and today he replaced the broken spring system, bearings and rollers. He also took the time to help me fix the myQ app on my phone. Would recommend Precision and Wes for repairs.

I had a good appointment time for me and I received a call saying he was on his way which I like. He looked at the opener and I explained exactly what had happened. I was also asked how old the opener was and it was definitely over 10 years. He showed me the different options I had and there was one that I thought would be perfect and was also a good price. It was installed and the opener I had worked plus the 2 that came with the new opener. I will be putting the paperwork with all the other house papers I have. If I have any problems I will definitely be calling because I feel I was well informed about everything.

The technician that came to help us, Jonathan Hernandez, was so kind! He took the time to explain everything - making sure we knew our options and what we needed to take into consideration. Jonathan, arrived in a very timely manor. He asked what problems was I experiencing. He then showed me different maintenance-package u r company offer. He ran the operation of the door through an operating cycle and I decided on a package that replaced the bearings and roller and lubed the remaining parts. He policed his work area, sent me an electronic invoice and stated he would also send a paper copy for my records. Jonathan was very professional in his appearance, his knowledge of his profession. Greetings, I contacted Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio due to my garage door not operating properly. I went online and scheduled an appointment, literally within the hour I was contact (real person) and confirmed a same day service call. I was then contacted by the technician, David Arreguin and informed me that he will be my technician to handle the problem. He was very knowledgeable, My husband went to Lowes to try to install the unit himself, He could not understand the new updates so he couldn’t finish the job. Hello. Wes came out to review my door sweep troubles after cement work was done there was a gap on the left. He brought out a stout door sweep. Installed it after measures. Then he adjusted the door by the central control intricately and that solved the last bit of a gap! The fine door sweep seal also covered up a slight crimp at the bottom done during my build sadly that my builder did not clear up. So needless to say very relieved Wes came out. Fine work at a fair price also over other Cos. Have used Precision Garage Co in Austin. Great firm all around to share here in this review. Happy Holidays too Resa Bartlett

David Arreguin came to inspect my wacky garage door not opening or closing when using my remote. Today it was sticking when using the wall switch from the cold weather. Time for the door to be serviced. David was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He tested my garage opener and inspected the door. David informed me the opener was needing to be replaced, that it was starting to fail. I informed David I was not financially able to replace it today. David said I would only be able to use the wall switch at this time. I did get my door serviced and David did a wonderful job. I didn't realize how quiet the door could be opening and closing until after David serviced it. I will be calling Precision Overhead Door again soon.
