Garage door needed a tune up. Tech quickly diagnosed a couple issues and fixed those. Then gave the system a tune up. Door works and is really quiet now. Easy to make an appointment and a senior discount! Highly recommend company!

Chris Figueroa was our technician to fix our garage door. Chris was very personable and thoroughly explained what was needed to fix our door. He gave us 4 estimates for work to be done explaining each. He was friendly but got down to business right away. Technician showed up within a couple of hours, had everything he needed on the truck, and was able to fix my garage door in a short amount of time. Explained everything to me before he started the work and gave me options for three price points. Love that they didn’t have a trip charge and they have a good rating with BBB.

Ricardo Hernandez was the garage door technician that came to my rescue when I needed my current garage door system replaced. I had the old style system of two springs on either side of the garage door to assist opening and closing. I’ve repaired these systems in the past, but have grown tired of stringing cables and springs together. Ricky replaced my old system with the current system that most newer homes have…one tension spring over the door getting rid of my laundry line of cables and springs. Ricky did an excellent job and I commend Precision for his training and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs a professional to repair their garage. Quick and excellent is an understatement. Old garage door opener failed. At 1:40pm I was able to schedule an appointment on line for 2:00pm. At 1:45 tech, Wes Eskew text that he was on his way. He performed a total system check and found the 20 yr old opener failed. Replaced all and was gone at 4:00pm. Great job!

Aaron was our technician. Not only was he on time but he called us and said he was ahead of schedule could he come now. He was polite and professional while performing the service. All of the materials needed for the repairs; he had on his truck. So, another appointment was not necessary. I'm satisfied and the service exceeded my expectations.
